I don't see the benefit in England trying to shore up the rest of its 6N campaign, why not run look towards our younger players who have performed under great pressure so far (Morgan, Strettle, Tait) and get them some proper game time ahead of the RWC2007 ?
Stick with these guys especially in the backs, keep some of the performing senior players; Lewsey, Wilkinson, Robinson (bench) and get Noon back to pair with Tait.
Up front Grewcock out, Palmer and Shaw in with Rees flanker replacing Worsley who should be 8. Front row I would keep.
